Henry Ford a Vagabond?
Are you a fan of the great outdoors? If so, you’ve likely had your share of camping experiences. Whether you prefer to camp in a lean-to or tent, an RV or under the stars without any structure at all, camping has been a popular pastime for many years.
Henry Ford, in fact, was part of a camping group including other high-profile individuals like Harvey Firestone (tire manufacturer), Thomas Edison and John Burroughs, a naturalist. The men called themselves “The Vagabonds,” and toured many areas of the U.S. from the mid-1910s until about 1924.
