How Ford Made a Difference to Seniors This Thanksgiving

What was your favorite part of Thanksgiving? Was it having family or friends gathered around the table, the game of touch football, or the Black Friday sales? Or maybe the delicious food?

While Thanksgiving is now just a memory—and maybe a few leftovers in the fridge—the day was an extra special one for 6,000 seniors in the Detroit area. Here, Ford employees and their families partnered with the area agency on aging to provide hot Thanksgiving meals to homebound seniors.

Additionally, Ford will donate $50,000 to the Detroit Area Agency on Aging to continue helping with hunger relief efforts. This is part of a larger focus the company has to feed Americans across the country.
